Obtained from Verdicchio grapes, the fermentation is spontaneously for 30 days in cement tanks. Aging in the same tubs for 6 months on yeasts.

It is the simplest of the Verdicchio of Fattoria San Lorenzo but offers incredible drinkability. The color is straw yellow with orange juice on citrine-saline note. In the mouth is fresh and balanced. Go down and you do not notice it.

Gino’s Verdicchio is perfectly combined with vegetable appetizers, light dishes, fish dishes, to try with linguine crab sauce.
