Excellent with starters, pasta dishes, risotto and vegetable soup. Ideal with characteristic Veronese cuisine, such as pasta and fagioli (beans) or gnocchi di malga. Interesting with fish dishes such as fresh tuna steak or sea bass baked in salt.
