Ingredients:
Soft wheat flour type “0” 47%*, water, durum wheat semolina 5.2%*, sourdough 4.2%* (water, soft wheat flour type “0”), salt, extra virgin olive oil 3.5%*, yeast, malted barley flour.
Product packaged in a protective atmosphere and treated with ethyl alcohol on the surface.
*Percentages expressed on the finished product. May contain traces of Soy and Mustard. Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, refrigerate. Consume within 2 days.
