Cuor di Mela are caskets of fragrant shortcrust pastry filled with 100% Italian apple jam embellished with diced apples collected exclusively in Emilia Romagna.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, apple jam 23.7% (apple puree 18.4%, glucose-fructose syrup, dextrose, apple juice 3%, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid), sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower, corn, rapeseed, soy), glucose syrup, apple 3.3%, butter, fresh eggs, skimmed milk powder, fructose-glucose syrup, modified starch, wheat fibre, raising agents (ammonium acid carbonate, sodium carbonate, monopotassium tartrate), apple vinegar, salt, flavourings, cinnamon.May contain traces of peanuts, nuts, sesame and soy.
